Sandra Gunewardena serves as Administrative Director at Mil-Spec Magnetics and has been with the company since its early years. Beginning in manufacturing , she later transitioned into administrative leadership in the mid 90's, where she has continued to support the company’s day-to-day operations.

As the wife of CEO Tony Gunewardena, Sandra has remained closely connected to the company throughout its growth. She oversees key administrative functions including payroll, employee time-off management, onboarding, facility coordination, and company event planning.

 

Her experience, organization, and attention to detail play an important role in maintaining a structured and supportive work environment for the team.

 

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family.
