Chrishani Anderson

Director of Quality Assurance

Chrishani Anderson serves as Quality Assurance Manager at Mil-Spec Magnetics with more than sixteen years of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Management and a Master of Business Administration.

Chrishani oversees the company’s Quality Management System, manages contract reviews, and conducts internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. She is particularly experienced in complex projects involving detailed specifications and strict quality standards.

She believes Mil-Spec Magnetics stands apart through its strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending concerts.
