José Luis Sóto Covarrubias Jr. is a Project Engineer at Mil-Spec Magnetics supporting the production of high-reliability transformers for aerospace and defense applications. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

José works closely with production teams to coordinate materials, support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform electrical testing. He also helps improve workflows and supports operators during critical production stages.

​

He takes pride in contributing to products built with precision and craftsmanship for major customers including L3Harris, Honeywell, and Raytheon.

​

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking mountain trails, and tinkering with hardware and software projects.
