Chiranthika Kiridena is a Project Engineer at Mil-Spec Magnetics supporting engineering documentation, manufacturing coordination, and production builds. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Her work focuses on managing engineering documentation, supporting production builds, ensuring lot traceability, and assisting with process improvements. She plays an important role in first-time builds, working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.

She enjoys projects that combine technical analysis with hands-on manufacturing support.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, creative design projects, and electronics projects.
