He supports daily operations by ensuring operators are properly trained in internal manufacturing procedures, process specifications, and customer requirements, helping maintain consistency across production.

Long plays a key role in developing and maintaining Critical Process Agreements, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and followed throughout the entire product lifecycle. His deep experience across all facets of manufacturing helps uphold Mil-Spec Magnetics’ rigorous quality and reliability standards.

He contributes to the company’s commitment to excellence by reinforcing process discipline, supporting production teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
